Tuesday, November 17th, 2015 B Day

Attention Acappella group!  This week’s rehearsal will be until 4:30 this week!  This is a mandatory rehearsal.  Once again, Acappella practice will be until 4:30 on Wednesday this week!  

“Attention Juniors (aka The Baddest Class Champions), the time has come to come to continue planning prom.  Please attend a meeting this Wednesday at 2:00 or 2:45 in room 318 to discuss prom themes.  The same meeting runs twice, so you will only need to attend one.  Please see Ms. Douglass with questions or concerns.”

The Junior High Interact will be holding a Thanksgiving Food Drive from now until Wednesday, November 18th.

Please, only NON perishable food items. ALL items can be dropped off in the guidance office.

The Sixth Grade class is holding a Poinsettia fundraiser. Order forms have been left in faculty mailboxes. Blanks can be picked up in the HS office if need. All orders are due in Friday, November 20th.

Parent teacher conferences will take place Monday November 24th in the evening and on Tuesday, November 23rd in the afternoon. Conference sign up forms were mailed home. Please turn into the HS office by Wednesday to reserve a time with the teachers your parents want to meet.

Student Council will meet today in the High School Library at 3 PM.  Please see Mrs. Richter with questions.

The elementary drama club, grades 4 to 6 have been working hard to bring you their presentation of The Jungle Book. They will be performing this Friday, November 20th at 1 pm for the school and at 7 pm for the general audience. Please come enjoy the result of their hard work. Admission is free, although good will donations are welcome.

There will be vocal evaluations for the HS Spring musical, Oliver!, on Monday, November 23rd at 3 pm. Auditions will be held on Monday, November 30th and Tuesday, December 1st at 3 pm in the auditorium. All are welcome to attend.

If anyone still needs a sports physical for winter sports, you have until the end of the day today to sign up with Mrs. Dinizio.  If there are enough people still needing one, we’ll try our best to get the doctor in again.  After 2:45 today, you are on your own.

Tomorrow at 11:15 am, University of Massachusetts, Lowell Campus, which is located in Lowell, Massachusetts.  The most popular majors are Business/Marketing, Engineering and Health Professions.

And at 11:45 am, University of Rhode Island, located in Kingston, Rhode Island.  The most popular majors are Health Professions, Business/Marketing, and Communications/Journalism.

If you would like to meet with either representative please get a pass from guidance.
