Our Annual Blood Drive will take place tomorrow in the big gym. Sign up forms and information are available from Ginger Hughes or Jennifer Palencia.

Attention Seniors:  If you like to participate in the Mentor Breakfast at Peconic Landing on November 10th,  please hand in your permission slip ASAP. If you need a permission slip, please pick one up in guidance.

The following colleges will be in guidance this week. Please obtain a pass from guidance if you would like to meet with them:

Today at 1:10 pm, SUNY Polytechnic which is located in Utica, New York.  The most popular majors are Engineering Technologies, Business/Marketing and Health Professions.

Friday at 1:15 pm, Dean College which is located in Franklin, Massachusetts.  The most popular majors are Visual and Performing Arts, Business/Marketing and Parks and Recreations.

“The Outing Club is back.  If you are in grades 9-12 and love adventure, please attend a brief meeting today in Room 210 after school.  We will be discussing our first trip, a winter adventure that includes skiing, tubing and indoor waterpark.  See Mrs. Agosta, Mrs. Burke, or Ms. Douglass with questions or concerns.”

Reminder that Thursday is the GTA Chicken Dinner. Tickets can be purchased from any GTA member. Seniors please turn in your permission slips to Mrs. Hopkins or Mrs. Kollen if you have not already done so.

There will be a brief meeting in the weight room at 2:50 this afternoon for any high school boy or girl who would like to join varsity winter track this year. If you are unable to make this meeting, contact Coach Gunther in room 304 asap.

Attention all boys in grades 9 – 12.  If you are interested in playing V & JV basketball, there will be a meeting this Friday, November 4 at 2:45 in Mr. Golden’s room (room 322)
