Thank you to all who participated in our Blood Drive on Wednesday. Our school had 38 donations which will help 114 to 175 patients.

Today at 1:15 pm, Dean College which is located in Franklin, Massachusetts. The most popular majors are Visual and Performing Arts, Business/Marketing and Parks and Recreations.
Monday, November 7th at 12 pm, Cooper Union; which is located in New York, New York. The most popular majors are Engineering, Visual and Performing Arts and Architecture.
Wednesday, November 9th at 8:30 am, a representative of the CUNY schools, which includes, Hunter, Brooklyn, Medgar Evers, City College, John Jay, Baruch, and Queens and more. Each college offers a variety of majors. They are all located throughout the 5 boroughs of New York City.
Vocal auditions for the HS spring musical will take place next Thursday, November 10th from 3 pm to 6 pm in room 111. A sign up sheet to select a time slot is in the HS office.
Thursday next week, November 10th, will be picture retake day. Letters were sent home with information for students who were not in attendance in September. You need to have your photo taken for a student ID, this is the only way to get one. Seniors, please note, photos for student IDs will NOT happen on the 17th on your portrait day, you need to have them done on the 10th. Students who ordered a package need to return the package when photo is retaken. Order forms are available in the HS office.
Attention all boys interested in playing JV and Varsity basketball, there will be a meeting today at 2:50 pm in Mr. Golden’s room, 322. Coach Corwin will be there to discuss the upcoming first practice date and season. Please attend this meeting.
There will be a JH girls volleyball meeting on November 7th at 2:45 pm in the small gym. Any JH girl interested in playing should attend this meeting. If you have any questions or will not be able to attend the meeting you should see Mrs. Johnstone in the Guidance Office.
Wednesday, November 9th the Athletic Department will be having a Varsity Fall Sports awards night starting at 6 pm in the auditorium. Dress to impress – you will be called on stage this year.
