In conjunction with the Southold Town, Greenport High School will be hosting a job fair on Tuesday, February 5th from 10:30 to 12 pm in the cafeteria.  Students who are interested in summer jobs as well as internships are encouraged to attend. We are expected to have approximately 15 local businesses who are hiring for several different types of jobs.

Grade levels will be called down to the cafeteria starting at 10:30 for the 12th and 11th grade students and 10:50 am for the 10th and 9th grade students.

There will be a varsity and junior varsity girls softball meeting this Friday at 2:45pm in Mr. Golden’s classroom, room number 322.

Any player interested in playing softball in the spring will need to attend this meeting.  There is a new varsity softball coach this year who wants to meet the players.

The Annual Soul Food Luncheon will be held on Tuesday, February 5th in the Conference Room. It is open to all faculty and staff, but you must bring something for all to share. Students in grades 7 to 12 are also invited, but you must bring something to share as well. Please see Mrs. Edwards with any questions.

Congratulations on 2 great wins last night for Greenport wrestlers David Jenkins and Malachi Bousseau. Against Division 2 Nassau County dual meet champions, Seaford, both wrestlers won by pin over their opponents.

This morning during advisory the final few teams will compete for the first annual Greenport Golden Award! Any Advisory is welcome to come on down and see who takes the title!!!
