Attention Seniors, please make sure to check out the Google Classroom Mrs. Hopkins established to post information on scholarships. Please take the time to review what is there and start working on the application process, now. Several have fast approaching dates for submission. If you need printed copies of the applications, please stop by the Guidance Office.
Registration forms for the Winter/Spring session of Driver Education can be found on the information cart in the hall outside of the HS office.
Applications for working papers can be picked up in the HS office. Instructions on how to fill them out will be given to you at that time.
If you are a student in Mr. Holt’s AP/US History class, please check your school email from one from me (Mrs. Peterson) with a reminder to log onto the SCCC Beacon site to register for the Spring Session if you plan on taking the second half of the course for Suffolk credit.
Starting on Monday January 25th, DEAR (Drop Everything and Read) will return to Advisory. Your Advisory teacher has information on which dates this will happen, Make sure to have reading material with you.
Starting January 27th, the National Honor Society and National Junior Honor Society members will be available to tutor their peers during Advisory on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Students may join the Peer Tutoring Google Classroom using the class codes provided to you by your advisors. You may then sign up in advance with a tutor via the spreadsheet found under Classwork-Sign Up. When it is time for your tutoring session, you may log on via the Google Meet links provided in the sign up spreadsheet.
