Wellness Club Holds First Meeting.

Inline image 4On Wednesday, November 7th Wellness Club welcomed their first guest speaker, Danielle Golden.  Mrs. Golden spoke to the wellness club about the production process of essential oils, uses, and historical background.  Students sampled a variety of healing, calming, invigorating and restorative scents. In addition, they also sampled the historical scent Frankincense, which was once worth more than gold and rose oil that took 65 pounds of roses to produce .5ml.
Next up for the Wellness Club will be soap making using meaningful essential oils learned about during this presentation
